Today we have a fairly new (well they have been around since 2007) Mexican wrestling promotion called Desastre Total Ultraviolento (DTU).
DTU is a lucha libre hardcore wrestling promotion being promoted by a current Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) luchador, Crazy Boy.
The group is based out of Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo and features Crazy and some of his fellow luchadors like Joe Lider, Electroshock, Negro Navarro, Los Traumas, Último Gladiador and more.
DTU has also picked up quite a few new luchadoras.

Mexican luchadora Lolita was born on December 28th, 1990, in Mexico City, Mexico and made her debut on the Mexican Indy wrestling scene in 2008.
She started out in 2008, in San Luis Potosi and has worked for several different Mexican wrestling promotions like IWRG (Grupo Internacional Revolucion), Desastre Total Ultraviolento (DTU) and Perros del Mal (PdM).
On February 19th, 2011, she made her debut appearance in Asistencia Asesoria y Administracion (AAA).

In the Mexican wrestling promotion, Asistencia, Asesoría y Administración (AAA), there is a stable of wrestlers called La Legión Extranjera (the Foreign Legion) led by Konnan.
The membership of La Legión Extranjera rotates and changes frequently, and it's basically made up of foreign wrestlers wrestling in Mexico as heels.
Most of the membership is male, but there have been quite a few North American female wrestlers that have gone down there and competed as Luchadoras.
Some have been semi-regulars, while some have only made one or two appearances with the stable.

This is joshi puroresu wrestler turned masked luchadora Io Shirai or Oyuki.
A while back I did a write up on her sister Mio Shirai, or Kitzune Nanoko.
In that entry I mentioned her sister Io was wrestling under the name Biba Kasa at the time.
Well here is a little more on Io, who I think now is being called Oyuki in the Mexican wrestling promotion, AAA.
Io of course is one half of the tag team Sexy Purple Thunder Sisters along with her sister.
Although Oyuki is still in the AAA photo gallery, she doesn't have an entry on the AAA roster.

Valerie Elizabeth Wyndham is an American pro wrestling valet, better known by her ring name, SoCal Val.
SoCal was born on March 27, 1986 in Beverly Hills, California and is currently signed to TNA Wrestling.
After she was "discovered" while attending a local wrestling event, Valerie debuted on March 30, 2002 for the Golden State Championship Wrestling independent wrestling promotion.
