Based on the original comic strips by Herge. The story essentially follows a young reporter named Tintin, who often finds himself involved in various cases ranging from catching crooks, international espionage, and walking on the moon. Throughout literary history, Tintin has remained arguably one of the most interesting characters ever conceived. Now making his big screen debut, Peter Jackson and Stephen Spielberg are bringing the iconic character to life like never before.

Loosely following the classic Tintin story arcs, "The Secret of the Unicorn" and "Red Rackham's Treasure", the movie takes us on an adventure full of wonder in ilk of some of Spielberg's earlier "Indiana Jones" movies.
