I agree with you 100%. In
I agree with you 100%. In the beginning I did work 12 hour days and my friends and family just didn't get it. They all thought there was something wrong with me. All of a sudden they don't think that anymore AND I have friends who finally asked me if I can show them how it's done so they can start building an Internet business writing articles online to earn revenue. Of course I will show them and of course they will join from my referral link. All in due time.

As a writer I have decided
As a writer I have decided not to be a freelancer, that is I don't write for clients or sell what I write. I do get upfront payments for each article I publish on one content writing site but my main source of income is residual.
I do not think residual income will gives you a lot more free time, because you need to do a lot of promoting to get enough traffic to generate residual income.
