Bookmark and Share A Day In The Life Of An HVAC Service Technician.

If you've ever taken a day off from work, and found yourself doing nothing more than watch old daytime reruns on television, then surely you've seen the commercials that want to turn you into an hvac service technician by sending you off to some trade school.

But have you ever seriously considered this? If you have, then I am exactly the person that you ought to get into contact with about this. No, I don't have my own trade school. I'm just the most honest hvac service technician that you've never met. I can tell you the pluses and the minuses, and I won't pull any punches.

It can be a fine trade to be in. It's surely more fun than being an electrician or a plumber; and it requires a whole lot more learning and skill. It can also be a pretty brutal trade for a beginner to learn his or her way into competence in.

But all of that is for another time. This story is about a typical day in the life of a service tech during a Summer's busy day. It may or may not be so typical, as the trade is so very varied that there is no such thing as a typical day.
